Harvest and Production
Reverie Riesling comes from Skyline Vineyard in the Snake River Valley, harvested on September 24, 2024. The majority of the wine was fermented slowly and cold in stainless steel to preserve freshness and aromatics, while 15% of the fruit was fermented on skins to bring texture and depth.
The lots were blended just before bottling to strike a balance between crisp energy and a rounder, more layered mid-palate.

Tasting Notes
Aromas of ripe pineapple, honeysuckle, and citrus blossom lead into flavors of banana cream, marshmallow, and soft tropical fruit. Despite the plush aromatics, the palate stays bright and focused, driven by clean acidity and balanced sweetness. The skin-fermented portion adds subtle grip and dimension.
