2025 SAUVIGNON BLANC

Driven by grapefruit and bright citrus, this leans slightly more mineral and fresh compared to classic New Zealand expressions. The tropical notes are more restrained up front, but open into riper fruit with a little air. Crisp, lifted, and focused—this is a clean, enjoyable take on the style.

2025 SOIGNÉ, Rosé of Grenache [elegantly dressed]

This is a round, fuller-bodied rosé that leans closer to a red wine in structure while still holding onto fresh fruit character. Watermelon and red fruit come through first, followed by subtle citrus and a touch of creaminess from the barrel. The texture is softer and more layered than a typical rosé, giving it added depth and a more serious, food-friendly profile.

2025 PROJECT: CARBONIC Cinsault

This is a light, fruit-driven red with a playful, aromatic profile. Bright cherry and strawberry lead, with lifted notes of bubblegum and candied fruit from the carbonic fermentation. The texture is soft, low in tannin, and easy-drinking, making it a fresh, energetic take on red wine—built for a slight chill and warm weather.

2024 GARNACHA aka Grenache

This vintage leans bigger and more powerful than a typical Grenache, with an immediate burst of ripe red fruit and layered spice. Strawberry, cherry, and dried herbs come through clearly, backed by a richer mouthfeel and a touch of warmth from the alcohol. There’s a depth here that pushes it closer to a fuller-bodied expression, reminiscent of our highly awarded 2021 vintage, while still holding onto that classic Garnacha brightness.

2024 MATARO aka Mourvèdre

This shows a more lifted, medium-bodied expression of Mataro, leaning into earthy and savory character. Notes of mushroom, dried herbs, and dark fruit are layered with a subtle, enjoyable funk and a hint of salty, umami depth. The tannins are smooth and silty, giving structure without heaviness and making it approachable while still complex.

2024 DEVIATO, Sangiovese 56%, Syrah 31%, Cab. Sauvignon 13%  [off the path]

Bright red fruit and tart cherry lead, with darker, juicier fruit coming through on the palate. There’s a nice balance between freshness and depth—herbal notes from the Sangiovese layered with subtle structure and spice from the Syrah and Cabernet. It stays lively and approachable while still offering enough weight and complexity to feel complete.

2023 TSUTSUMI SYRAH

Dark fruit leads, backed by fresh acidity that keeps the wine lifted and structured. Baking spice and vanilla from 100% new oak are present but integrated, giving depth without overwhelming the fruit. The tannins are firm enough to support aging, but approachable now—this is a Syrah that will continue to evolve over time.
